Jean-Michel Gathy, one of the top hotel designers, possesses a remarkable ability to express Oriental elegant style in his designs. He played a significant role in the creation of six AMAN hotels and is considered as one of the "three masters" responsible for AMAN’s excellence. In 1983, he founded Denniston Design Office and was selected as one of the "100 Most Influential International Architectural Design Elites in China" in 2017.
